their acoustic set at reading last year was good... they were better on main stage than at muse, better acoustic than main stage...


going by sound quality and acoustics... BFMV at reading last year was worst EVER...

Red Hot Chillie Peppers at Reading 07, they done a 10 minute instrumental introduction, then Kiedis cam bounding on stage at such velocity he ripped his mike lead out, thus ruining the whole introduction.

Then the sound kept going up and down. They were shit, just really shit.

i fell asleep next to the pit at RHCP at reading... standing up, leaning on my mate. i missed the entire set then got thrown at a bin when the firework went off...

Lily allen at Hammersmith was possibly worse thinking about it. so bad i forgot i went...

Klaxons at Birmingham Academy was worse coming to think about it. Full of annoying screaming 14 year olds with glow tubes the size of snooker cues.

To add insult to injury they were ace at Leeds the same year! Ha! Though not as much energy as their usual performances.

erm probably cos the chillies are a multi whatever selling band, whereas Arcade Fire are relatively unknown?

the sound was rubbish and then to top that off, some lads were stood next to me, and talking non stop about how shit she was.

i told them to shut the f**k up. it felt great and they so didnt expect it from me. ha ha
