You can do a small fart and it relieves it, you can also find a pill in your pocket. I tried to open the door but he couldn't, tried to kick it down and the exertion back fired.
I pulled the door open though and shit after i pulled the pants down.

Yeah haha the exertion always backfires thats why I make him take his pants off first so he won't shit in them
