Go for 24, mainly because it's the only 1 out of those 3 I've seen.
Good call on Lie to me, it's well ace, True Blood is true shite though

I'd say watch the first season of 24....If I go back to how I felt watching the 1st season of 24 and the first season of Lost....24 wins although Lost gets better as it goes on. 24 has probably 4 really good seasons out of 7(7 was pooooo) whereas I though the first season of Lost was the weakest or maybe 2...3 is awesome though!!

Believe it or not Neil most die hard Lost fanboys have the opposite opinion to you and they see the first season as the best and the 3rd as the worst.

Next episodes is the turning point mate of 'this is decent' to 'OMG what happens next' there is a massive twist in episode 4 that adds a whole new dimension.
