Please advise.
I'm having an actual nervous breakdown I reckon.
Can I do a Reggie Perrin and get away with it?
Or alternatively can I legally get away with shooting the morons who are causing me untold misery and physical damage to my house as her majesty's finest just cant be arsed.
I'm HAVING to move from my beloved home and garden *sob* because of all this.
It's either move away or it's Avenue Rd. clinic for me, boy.

p.s. my son in law pasted one of 'em yesterday and now I'm sort of expecting him to be arrested.

At one o'clock in the morning on Friday night..........., see...!!! I can't even talk properly.....

Some arseholes were pissed up in the road abusing a couple of women who live on the estate verbally and really being offensive and lewd .Pulling their trousers down and getting aggresive with it.The women eventually went inside.The noise and throwing about of cans continued.
I opened my front door to tell them to keep the noise down and piss off . As you do.
Me and Christoph went to bed. 15 minutes later they practically break the front door off it's hinges.Me and Chris got up. Looked around to see where they were.
Nobody about.
Back to bed... 10 minutes later BANG! another attempt to break the door.
I got up, put my dressing gown on and go next door where I can hear them giggling like Beavis and Butthead.

It's like talking to shit.
I go back in home and fetch a hammer and a spade. I leave the lights off and wait.
I see the shitheads take their next run at the door through the window.
I open the door seconds before they get there.
They are next door's two cousins.
They back off.... Then the verbal abuse starts....
Chris is dressed and downstairs by this time.
For the next 30 minutes me and my very dignified old man stand outside not responding whilst they vent their total rage at us for daring to stand up to them.
This included threats to kill me...being called the scum of the earth, how they will throw a party when I'm dead...
I never showed any fear whilst waiting for them to exhaust themselves with hatred. I wont give them the satisfaction ,,, but I AM completely shaken and have been very upset for
the last couple of days.
I was 'on the edge' before this so .....
Got to move I guess. I cant live like this any more , I'm too old.

I didn't actually SEE them kick the door. I have the imprint of their shoeprints photographed along side a ruler [ which we had to take ourselves]
I know these characters. Have done since they were little, but unfortunately I dont actually have Xray vision so the old bill are 'powerless' to prosecute.
I mean can you see through two inches of wood?

have you considered a neighbourhood watch scheme, pretty sure you'd get support as its a cul de sac type road

get a few of you, video evidence of damage, loutish behaviour etc.

its the only way bar calling 'a few friends'

but yeah shit one, glad i don't live up that end, you should come down here, only thing i can hear and see in my back garden at the minute is a pair of buzzard mates who have nested near by

My best advice is to refer to the advice I gave a young lady a short while ago and give Dial-A-Sniper a call. These guys 'take out the trash' better than the council bin men.

Another good way is to call on some big hard friends who have a transit van and kidnap them as they're on their way home from the Chavsters Arms. Take them out into the country - a remote wood or something - and hang them with a sign around their necks saying "The people's ASBO has been served"

Extreme violence is the only way
