Looking for a suggestion

I've recently been using this rehearsal room called errrr... Sound .F, no wait that's too obviously. S.Foundry and recently i've noticed the smell becoming quite off putting, i think it has something to do with the dirty animal that runs the place but i don't have the guts to say anything about it.

How do i bring up the subject without offending said pig, i welcome the advice.

Hmmm........ Quite a dilemna you have there Deayle.

Firstly I would suggest you make sure the smell IS in fact eminating from said rehearsal room owner.

For instance, could it in fact be the smell of cheap gay metrosexual perfume that could have maybe spilled in the bottom of YOUR handbag?

It's worth making sure. After all, there's nothing more embarrassing than telling the guy he stinks just for him to reply, "Er, No actually that's the smell of cheap gay metrosexual perfume..... and I think it's coming from your handbag"
