Yeah, some are abit over the top, but it's a good thing for people who are like really really unhappy with their size.

you get what you pay for if it's a run of the £3000 - £3500 boob job then yes they all look the same and are crap but if you pay a decent amount the you get a decent pair

like that bex from big broshe paid like £5500 -£6000 for her and they feel real as anything and has very little scarring

not al women are born with perfect tits some are different sizes and some sag and some women want smaller tits because of back pain and things but most get smalr ones cause other women look and treat them different cause they have big tits

I prefer natural tits for one simple reason: I can't stand women who are so insecure and self obsessed that they have to go to those lengths.
