Hey John

I'm very saddened today to hear of the death of Wendy Richards, or Pauline as I fondly remember her best

can you give me suggestions with best ways of dealing with loss?

Actually, thinking about it, this news may very well send our Uncle John into his own deep depression. He met Pauline Fowler once at a cashpoint in London and said she was really nice, not like Wendy Richard at all.

On a serious note Rig, bereavement is a very emotional issue and one which shouldn't be treated light-heartedly like some people on here do.

However, cracking one off CAN actually help refocus the mind away from the loss and onto better times.

If that doesn't work for you, find the mortuary, slide her out the deep freeze, jump on and give her the bone while chanting "Service wash, servicewash"

This should make you feel like she's still with you, and remember.... Dead birds don't say NO, so there's no need to feel guilty.

Hope this helps.
