OK..... so let me in on the joke....... were you all being sarky way back when you were raving about this Scott Pilgrim movie?

Cos I've recently tried to watch it and I have to say it's the most heinous bag of festering knob cheese flavoured dog shyte I've ever tried to endure. I managed to hang on for a whopping 15 minutes before I could bear no more.

Will Smith's Wild West is.... sorry WAS.... my worst ever movie of all time and I very generously gave that a 0/10 after enduring an impressive 30 minutes. But Wild West is like The Shawshank Redemption in comparison to this utterly moronic flick. Trying to skin your bollocks with a rusty potato peeler would be more entertaining.

I'll watch it today Sound and give you my expert opinion.

I think it's very much a film for a certain generation, namely, mine. I adore everything about it though.

I love the comedy, Michael Cera's performance, the hyper real video game like fight sequences, all the old school video game reference, the bands and their music, the sound track and many other things but especially the editing (visual and audio).

Everyone is entitled to their opinion And clearly this film isn't for you, but I also don't think you should completely write off it's merit and like I said earlier, for me it defines a certain generation.

I know at least half a dozen people who share this opinion and then a dozen more who share mine. Guess it's a film for a specific type of person.

Also, 15 minutes? You didn't even get to the first evil ex fight! And try watching Skyline, that reaches news levels of shitness.

Didn't like it. Girl was hot, that's about it.

Scott Pilgrim is my kinda film, loved it.

Its great...even though the other half did fall asleep after 30 mins!

Visually looks perfect, great direction and style.

I wouldnt say it was my type of film but i enjoyed it still. I was even going to give it a second viewing but Dale gave me a wrong region DVD to watch...the jackass

it was ok but not what people made it out to be the guy in it is normally good but got really annoying really fast with his monotone voice that made you want to slap him and lets be fair he would never get near that girl unless in a comic and is only loved cause your average comic book guy is like him ( jumping on a sterotype is so much fun) and they dream of bagging a girl that hot but to be fair to the guy she aint that hot either sorry to you guys who are banging one out over her she is the stupidest object of affection in film history better off in comics as she and it(story) don't translate to the screen and actually the whole concept is weak for a film and is'nt as cleaver as it could be

I loved it, very very very very very good, mainly because its just different from every other shitting film out there, it was a lovely breath of fresh air, even the wife loved it, though she wasnt arsed about the fighting bits

Grammar is a friend to all. This sounds rude and isnt meant to but its hard to counter argue this without full stops.

No, sorry but this film was AWFUL with a capital AW MY GOD.

For me, 15 minutes just about said what the movie was going to be like all the way through and it was SHYTE. It was that bad that I actually impressed myself with my fortitude in enduring a whole 15 minutes.

The Scott Pilgrim comic book character and stories may very well be real cool and if you're into that, then it might have a short-term novelty kind of appeal for you, but as a movie in general...... shyte.

Not saying Scott Pilgrim in general is shit - I have no idea - but there is no way anyone can describe this movie as anything other than a proper bag of wank.

Keep it in the comic books - it obviously seemed to work there
