| I went with Queen in the end as i've never really liked the Clash, poltical statements and social commentary aside, I just don't like many of their tracks. | |

| The Clash were a hugely influential band, but really (dare I say it) not that good.
Hard one this, as the two bands are more closely matched. But I have to go with Queen for sheer diversity and ground breaking musical brilliance. | |
