Hmm..... yes. Quite a problem this one. How to sort the chav out without pulling down a whole pile of shite on yourselves.

You could have a word with the police and make your point and your concerns to them. There's bound to be something illegal about the car. KellyO will tell you all about how local chavs brought their cars into the garage where she worked only to fail their MOT because their exhausts were illegal. Get the police to keep pulling him over every time he goes out in his car.

On the other hand though...... in this kind of situation, where things need to be handled delicately yet decisively, I always reach for the phone and get onto the old tried and trusted Dial-A-Sniper.

Not too expensive, considering the long term benefits both to your neighbourhood and society in general in having one less chav on the road. There are many recommendations for this service too......
