last week at band camp our singer turned up sporting a rather 80's style hairy goatee beard. I refrained from 'loling' or saying anything although admittedly had to bite my tongue

we have a jam tonight and i'm hoping said goatee has been removed

if not though, i'm wondering what is the best way of approaching this, he's a nice lad and i don't want to hurt anyones feelings, i just feel the goatee needs to go, both for the good of our singer and for the band in general

any tips matey?
